Founder – Mr.Shri Jayram Muktaji Karjule
I started my business in the year 1995 in Chakan MIDC.Initially, I was involved in industrial hardware, fittings, and raw material trading. Along with this business, I also continued my education. From 1995 to 2003, I worked in service (job) for approximately 8 years, and during this period I gained complete experience related to the field. Later, while working in a company, due to certain circumstances, I took the decision to leave the job. At that time, I had no capital and no backing, and I had to start everything from scratch. I faced many difficulties during this time, and the struggle was very intense. Despite this, with self-confidence, I continued my efforts. After leaving the job, in the year 2000, I started my own proprietary business. At that time, I did not have much capital, and therefore I initially began the business on a very small scale. Gradually, after leaving the job in 2003, I completely focused on business. From 2003 to 2025, the journey of my business has been very challenging. Many times, situations arose where it became very difficult to run the business. Due to financial constraints, I had to face severe problems, but I never stopped my work. Slowly and steadily, my business started growing. And today, in 2025, my business has grown to such an extent that I am able to provide employment to many people. Today, I work with more than 20 MNC companies, and I export products to Korea, Australia, and Finland.
All these achievements are possible because of my Pioneer team.
My employees are like members of my family, and I consider them as my strength.My aim is to take my business to a level where “Make in India” products are manufactured and exported, and to build a strong team,
